Once a vote has been cast from a computer or cell phone that device will be locked out from any future voting.

New Yorkie Runway reserves right to disqualify any entrant for violation of the voting rules.

The winner of the Casting Call will be determined by a combination of the number of votes received and the Board of Judges’ decision.

The winner will be announced on stage at the New Yorkie Runway Doggie Fashion Show on February 10th, 2012 at the New Yorker Hotel, 481 Eighth Ave, NY, NY.

The Casting Call winner will be invited to be in the 2012 New Yorkie Runway Doggie Fashion Show. The winner will also receive a two-night stay at the New Yorker Hotel (subject to availability) two tickets to the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show at Madison Square Garden on February 13th & 14th and an autographed copy of Angel On A Leash by David Frei.

Once the winner has been announced, the decision is final. If the winner is not able to participate in the New Yorkie Runway Doggie Fashion Show, another finalist will be chosen by the Board Of Judges.

By entering this Casting Call, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Board Of Judges. Schmitty Says LLC (SSLLC) and their agencies and Angel On A Leash are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Casting Call or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions/votes in the Casting Call. SSLLC and their agencies and Angel On A Leash are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Casting Call. If, for any reason, the Casting Call is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of SSLLC which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Casting Call, SSLLC reserves the right to terminate the online portion of the Casting Call.

SSLLC reserves the right through decision by the Board Of Judges to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the Casting Call online system or in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules. Any use of programmed or automatic voting methods will void all associated submissions/votes and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry opportunity.

SSLLC and its agencies and Angel On A Leash are not responsible for any costs incurred by contestants as relates to the Casting Call and are not liable for any statements or claims made by finalists in their efforts and campaigns to acquire votes. Statements and claims made by entrants are entirely and exclusively the responsibility of that entrant and are not attributable to SSLLC, and its agencies or Angel On A Leash. Similarly, SSLLC and it agencies and Angel On A Leash are not liable in any legal actions or collection activities resulting from any advertisements and/or promotions created and implemented by entrants or fans, friends, acquaintances and/or representatives of entrants be they in print, online or in the media in an attempt to garner votes for that entrant or promote the Casting Call or the New Yorkie Runway Doggie Fashion Show.
